Busy busy busy, album album album, promote promote promote. My life is revolving around my music. Its all good it is what it is. More shows, more money, more exposure. I feel like the quicker I blow up, the quicker the money start rolling in and the quicker I can do me. Yes I have to admit that sometimes I can get off focus but Im only human just like you. My life is extremely hectic because if it ain't one thing then its another. If it ain't the other thing then another thing (if that makes sense). I finally see why most people don't understand me. It's because for me music is my way out. It is the only way for me to stay calm and get out my feelings but at the same time they end up staying in me anyway. I hear people say all the time that Knyce is a lyrical disaster (in a good way) and its all good I understand where your coming from but at the same time you have to understand that if I can write a hot sixteen in ten minutes then that obviously means that its everything that is in my head and its being put on paper. Like I said before its my feelings. The first thing I think about when I hear the word music, is all the real artist that are doing their thing. Not the ones that are rapping about stuff that doesn't make sense. I mean don't get me wrong its cool to have your party tracks or whatever you want to call it but if you cant come with at least one track that is you really spitting lyrics that mean something then YOU ARE NOT A RAPPER lol I rest my case.

Spring Breakkkk!!!

Right now I cant seem to sit still and I think its because spring break is near. But a vacation from school doesnt mean a vacation from work lol. It's all good though. Nothing would make me happier than to do music. I just got done taking the last graduation test and I am beat. I'm talking about ninety questions for each subject (this is no joke). It was hard enough trying to stay awake. Now ima just glide through the rest of the day and plan out everything that I have to do this weekend. Number 1: make a list of things to do. On another note, everybody seems to be getting star struck when I'm and its all good. It is what it is, I'm a star and thats exactly how they treat me. My teachers have started calling me Knyce and students are asking for my autograph. The only that hasnt been asked of me is to take a picture. I think thats because we cant have electronic devices such as cameras in the school until the last bell rings. It sucks right!?! Whatever though...school is school. I think its safe to say that my life is quickly starting to turn into a big deal because if you say my name around the school then they know who I am even though I probably dont know them. I'm aware that I'm slacking so dont judge me. On another note, a review was done on me and it said that I belong at the top of the charts with Jay-Z and Rihanna. Believe it or not, I dont even know this person. At the same time I'm not surprised because that is what my mission is. I want people to see that I can go hard just like all the fellaz in the industry and not give up like some of the female rappers that got told no a few times. I know you probably wondering why that is...its because I'm a beast. Don't forget and don't ever get it twisted.

Work Work Work!!

THE ALBUM IS COMPLETE!!! Omg I've been working so hard since day one and all of my hard work has now paid off. "I'm Da Truth" is being shipped out as I type and getting ready to go on the shelves. After writing, and writing some more and writing even more, my songs are exactly where I want them to be. Although my album is done, my work still goes on. I have shows lined up from left to right and training for them is noooo joke. Trust me its really a reality check when you have to juggle your everyday life such as your friends and school work with a 24 hour and 7 days a week career that will definitely be your income. Lets just say I had a real wake up call. Lol, overall its nonstop grinding and the flexers make it easier for me. By the way I just recently went back to the studio to do the intro and outro to my album (the hidden tracks). It is mandatory that you get this album because you do not want to miss out on these songs. I also got the news that my single "This Life is Amazing" is on iTunes and amazon and when my album drops it will be on there as well. My spring break will be booked as well, I guess when you become a star, that means you never sleep lol. I dont mind though as long as the paper is coming through. Anyways im heading to Tx to do a performance and in store at Hastings in Tyler and I will also be in Texarcana doing an interview with Lady B on kzrb 103.5 cant wait for that one. I have shirts coming in and posters and everything. If I wasnt the artist I would probably say that it is all overwhelming but I since I am, I know that it is all worth it. Shows are also being negotiated in Chicago, and California. Regardless of what it is, you know that Knyce is going to make it happen because thats just meeeeee!

I'll be back to post more info about whats going on but until then stay blastin' my music!!!!

The Come Up

OMG…I been sick for the past few days and I’m just now starting to get back on my feet. I’m physically exhausted but mentally so ready to get it poppin’. I have a serious dos of determination. My album is officially done. All of the songs are recorded and now it is time to promote. The album is set to release on the twenty-seventh of April. On top of that I am trying to release a mixtape to give out just so everyone can get a taste of what Knyce is about to come with. I must admit that I have the hottest tracks on my album so the mixtape is going to be the same way. Even though I dreaded getting up early in the morning on the weekend to go to the studio, I must admit that I miss it now that I don’t have to go back for a while. To make up for the studio time I just write songs that are going to go on the mix tape. I also have a performance coming up on this Saturday. I’m so excited about that. Please believe I am going to party. Right now its basically all about promo though. I’m working really hard and not letting anything get in my way. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to go on vacation sometime soon. I shooting for Cali because they show me so much love. New Subject: I tried out for my school talent show and few weeks ago. Sadly I didn’t make it because my school doesn’t allow rappers in the talent show. Someone tell me if that is discrimination or what. I swear Ima be okay though because once I get on top, that’s one less place that I will not have to thank when I receive an award. The only thing I will be able to say is thank you for giving me my education. Lol. I also got this new look going for me. I cut my hair short. Soy Muy Peligrosa pero estoy una Buena chica. Anyways, I will keep you guys posted on what I’m doing and I will definitely start getting back on my blogging.
